Le Sorelle Hair Studio was born from a leap of faith, a lot of late night conversations, and the desire to create something that truly felt like us. So we found ourselves craving a space that felt aligned with who we are, not only as a hairstylists; but as women and individuals who deeply value the trust our guests place in us. A space where our guests could feel comfortable, understood and genuinely taken care of. “Le Sorelle” means “The Sisters”, and that’s exactly what this whole journey has felt like with the bond we have built. This is the same energy we will be bringing to the community and space we are creating. We are located in The Heights, Houston TX. We specialize in lived in color, dimensional brunettes and blondes, and modern, low maintenance results designed to grow with you. Our approach is personalized to each guest based on their desired results, through our thorough consultation, focusing on their natural beauty while maintaining the integrity of the hair. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you manage any cancellations or rescheduling within the timeframe outlined in our cancellation policy. Appointments not adjusted within the time window will be subject to applicable fees or forfeiture of any deposits.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be subject to a $25.00 late fee, or can be required rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancelling an appointment within 48-24 hours notice is considered a Late Cancellation and will result in 50% charge of your service. This fee can be used towards the service if you reschedule; however, if you do not reschedule, the 50% charge is non refundable.
Not showing up on the day of your service scheduled appointment, is considered a No Call/No Show and will result in a 100% charge.
We will review each last minute cancelation carefully, and upon reasonable need of absence, the fee may be waived completely. We deeply appreciate your patience, cooperation and understanding as we implement these policies to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we look forward to continuing to offer you exceptional service and care.
Card On File Policy
A payment method is required to book an appointment. Your information is safely stored in our system and will not be charged unless policy is violated. Please be assured that your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation without sufficient notice.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we will carefully review each circumstance to determine whether a fee should apply.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a smooth scheduling process. Our goal is to continue serving our community with the high level of care and attention you’ve come to expect, and we are grateful for your trust and support.
Consultation’s Deposits Policy
Consultations don’t have a fee; however, if you do decide to book the service, there is a $100 non refundable deposit to hold your spot, that will go towards the total price of your service.
Le Sorelle Hair Studio Policy
To keep the space comfortable and relaxing for everyone, we ask that you come to your appointment solo, as we are unable to accommodate extra guests at the suite at this time.
If you need to step away during your processing time (for a meal, meeting, etc.), we ask that it does not interfere with your scheduled service time. We are unable to pause or delay services, as this may impact the timing of following appointments.
We’ve got robes for you, but we still recommend wearing something comfy that you don’t mind getting a little messy—just in case 🤍

All salon services are non-refundable. That said, we are committed to ensuring you love your hair. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 48-72 hours. We kindly ask that you return to the salon for an in-person consultation so we can properly assess your hair. From there, we will make any necessary adjustments, your happiness is important to us!
